Customers of regulated electric, water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications companies are encouraged to file any and all consumer fraud complaints with the Office of the Arizona Attorney General by visiting the Attorney General’s online portal here.
Commissioners and their advisors are prohibited from communicating in writing, by phone or in person with individuals about the merits of any currently active contested case.
