Arizona business owners will now benefit from an auto-approval service when filing a “Statement of Change” to update a statutory agent, principal address, or those of members and managers.

Domestic LLC owners will continue to pay a mandatory fee of $5.00. Our new feature allows consumers to obtain instant approval upon submission, which would have otherwise taken two weeks to process.

The Arizona Corporation Commission routinely receives tens of thousands of Statements of Change each year. Moving forward, every consumer who files an online Statement of Change will enjoy the benefit of having their filing auto-approved at no additional cost.

LLC Statements of Change are now eligible for auto-approval if they meet the following criteria:

• Filed online using the eCorp portal
• There are no uploaded attachments accompanying the filing
• The LLC is active and in good standing
• The LLC is a domestic entity (formed in Arizona)
