Public Comment Meeting Dates & Locations in Foothills Water & Sewer, LLC Rate Case

Yuma, Ariz. –  The Arizona Corporation Commission, in conjunction with Yuma County, is providing two options to participate in the Public Comment Meetings scheduled in the Foothills Water & Sewer, LLC rate application case.  The utility is proposing adjustments to its rates and charges for its water and wastewater divisions.  Customers may participate in the Public Comment Meetings over the phone or In-Person/Virtual.  The In-Person/Virtual opportunity is an additional option for customers in this case, allowing the public to gather at a physical location in Yuma and virtually participate in the live proceeding and with the presiding Administrative Law Judge through WebEx.

The Hearing is scheduled to take place in August, and customers will have an opportunity to provide public comment at the beginning of the first day of the hearing.
