Request to Speak or Comment User Guide

Submitting a Request to Speak or Comment - as a Guest

  1. Navigate to efiling.azcc.gov.
    • From the welcome page.
      • Under Cases and Open Meetings > Click “Submit a Request to Speak or Comment”.

a.       From the Cases and Open Meeting page.

     i.      Under to request to speak at open meeting.

  • 1.       Click “As a guest, click here”.

 

2.  Select the meeting date you wish to submit a request for.

3.     Select the agenda item you wish to submit a request to speak or comment for.

                       4.  Fill out all the necessary fields in the form.   Confirm the current agenda item was chosen at the top of the form.

                     a.       Check all boxes at the bottom of the form to agree to all the terms and conditions and click “Submit”.

                  5.       To show the request has been successfully submitted you will be taken back to the login page and you                                 should see a small pop-up in the upper corner indicating the Request to Speak has been submitted.
