Yuma, Ariz. – The Arizona Corporation Commission, in conjunction with Yuma County, is providing two options to participate in the Public Comment Meetings scheduled in the Foothills Water & Sewer, LLC rate application case. The utility is proposing adjustments to its rates and charges for its water and wastewater divisions. Customers may participate in the Public Comment Meetings over the phone or In-Person/Virtual. The In-Person/Virtual opportunity is an additional option for customers in this case, allowing the public to gather at a physical location in Yuma and virtually participate in the live proceeding and with the presiding Administrative Law Judge through WebEx.

The Commission will impose a 3-minute time limit per speaker to ensure that everyone who desires to speak has an opportunity to do so, the time may be extended at the discretion of the presiding Administrative Law Judge.
