Phoenix, Ariz. – The Arizona Corporation Commission will host a workshop scheduled for Thursday, October 3, 2024 to hear from experts and interested parties who have experience using a formula rate methodology to establish just and reasonable rates.  The Commission is gathering information and details on the different processes in place in other jurisdictions and stakeholder experience.  This information can be used to help inform the ACC as we evaluate possibly implementing a formula methodology for rate making purposes.

Members of the public who would like to participate by either watching and/or listening to the special open meeting, Workshop - In the Matter of the Commission’s Inquiry Into Possible Modifications to the Commission’s Test Year Rules, have two options:
