Phoenix, Ariz. – The Arizona Corporation Commission voted 4-0, with Commissioner Anna Tovar absent, on Friday, November 22, 2024 during a Staff Open Meeting to direct the ACC Office of General Counsel to investigate allegations of ACC Code of Ethics and Arizona Administrative Code violations by Commissioner Tovar.  General Counsel, Tom Van Flein, stated his office will complete the inquiry and provide a recommendation to the Commission within 10 days.  Commissioner Tovar stands accused of ethics violations and statutory violations.
