Phoenix, Ariz.— Arizona Corporation Commission Vice Chair Nick Myers is hosting a special meeting pertaining to Wildfire Mitigation in a Town Hall format to engage the community in a discussion on this critical issue.

The Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in Payson, Arizona.

“Effective wildfire mitigation into the future will require continued and improved collaboration among the various stakeholders, including our regulated utilities” commented Vice Chair Myers, “that is why I’m eager to facilitate for a second year in a row in this important discussion with various utilities, governmental entities, and members of the public on the ongoing efforts to prevent and mitigate wildfires across Arizona.”
