Phoenix, Ariz. – The Arizona Corporation Commission released its Annual Report for fiscal year 2025-26, highlighting the agency’s activities and accomplishments for the past year.
“The Commission has continued strengthening Arizona’s grid, championing regulatory stability and efficiency, and eliminating subsidies and cost shifts,” stated Chairman Nick Myers. “This past year’s achievements were made possible by our dedicated staff and by my fellow commissioners’ commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and affordable utility services for Arizona families, businesses, and communities.”
The report lays out the Commission’s work to vigorously ensure safe, reliable and affordable utility services, ensure the safety of railroad and pipeline systems, grow Arizona’s economy by helping local entrepreneurs start business, and protect citizens by enforcing an ethical securities marketplace.

The ACC has also continued to prioritize public engagement, looking to include the voices of Arizonans through the Commission’s Open Meetings, public comment meetings, and consumer comment dockets.
