Phoenix, Ariz.— On January 31, 2025, Arizona Corporation Commission Vice Chairman Nick Myers was appointed by NARUC President Tricia Pridemore to the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Committee on Gas.
“I am looking forward to serving on the NARUC Committee on Gas,” commented Vice Chair Myers, “I firmly believe the addition of natural gas generation is key to maintaining grid reliability and resource adequacy in Arizona. Through this committee I will continue to champion the expansion of natural gas infrastructure and storage in Arizona to meet the growing gas and electricity demands in our great state.”
Vice Chairman Myers currently serves as chairman of Markets+ State Committee, co-vice chair of NARUC Subcommittee on Nuclear Issues, member of Committee of State Representatives of the Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP-COSR), and member of NARUC Committee on Critical Infrastructure.
