Corporation Commission Code of Ethics Timeline Announced

PHOENIX —  In a formal letter to Corporation Commissioners today, Commissioner Boyd Dunn outlined the next steps for the agency’s Code of Ethics. Promising to propose innovative solutions for the Commission, Dunn urged his fellow Commissioners, interested parties, and stakeholders to participate in the review of and comment on the Code of Ethics.

“Since our last workshop, I have been crafting a preliminary draft of the Code of Ethics,” Dunn writes. “I am pleased to report that the initial draft will be filed in this docket and available to the public in this docket on December 29, 2017.”

Dunn’s letter provides an outline of next steps for the Commission’s Code of Ethics including a call for input on or before January 19, 2018.
