Commission to Hold Third Code of Ethics Workshop

PHOENIX — Commissioner Boyd Dunn will lead his third workshop focusing on developing a Corporation Commission Code of Ethics this Thursday, February 8, at 10a.m. Commissioner Dunn released a draft version of the Code of Ethics on December 29, 2017. Members of the public were encouraged to submit their comments for input to the docket on or before January 19, 2018. The creation of the code is intended to ensure transparency and consistency with Corporation Commission operations and decisions.
