Code of Ethics Finalized and Signed by Commissioners

PHOENIX — The Arizona Corporation Commission today submitted to the docket the finalized version of the Commission’s Code of Ethics, incorporating the amendments that were proposed and adopted during the Commission’s most recent Open Meeting on March 13, 2018. The finalized Code of Ethics was signed by all five Commissioners and will now be the governing document for ethical behavior at the Commission.

As Chairman of the Ethics Committee, Commissioner Dunn led three workshops to receive input from Commissioners and stakeholders on the proposed draft. “We have drafted and adopted a Code of Ethics that will stand as one of, if not the, most comprehensive in the nation,” according to Dunn.
