Upcoming Public Comment Sessions on Arizona Public Service Company Rate Case

On Monday, July 27, 2020, and Tuesday, July 28, 2020, the Arizona Corporation Commission will be taking telephonic public comment regarding Arizona Public Service Company’s upcoming rate case.

Each public comment session will begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m., or when the last caller has provided comment, whichever comes first. Callers may call in up to 30 minutes early to get into the queue to speak.

Please note that when providing telephonic public comment, the use of a landline is encouraged, but not required, as mobile phones may not provide sufficient call quality or clarity for transcription of telephonic comments by a court reporter.

Written public comments may be submitted by mailing a letter referencing Docket No. E-01345A-19-0236 to Arizona Corporation Commission, Consumer Services Section, 1200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007, or by submitting comments on the Commission's website (www.azcc.gov) using "Cases and Open Meetings" and "Make a Public Comment in a Docket."
