Additional Telephonic Public Comment Sessions Scheduled for Arizona Public Service Company's Upcoming Rate Case

Phoenix —  Additional telephonic Public Comment Sessions regarding Arizona Public Service Company’s (APS) upcoming rate case have been scheduled for the following dates and times:
  • Tuesday, September 1, 2020: 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Friday, September 25, 2020: 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 30, 2020: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 24, 2020: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 7, 2020: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Monday, November 30, 2020: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Each public comment session will run until the stated end time or until the last caller is finished speaking, whichever comes first.
Callers may call in up to 30 minutes early to get into the queue to speak. A three-minute time limit shall be imposed per speaker, although that time may be extended by the presiding Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to clarify or obtain additional information from the speaker.
