Arizona Corporation Commission Hosting Public Comment Session for Liberty Utilities Rate Case
PHOENIX – The Arizona Corporation Commission will be hosting a public comment session on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 10 a.m. at its Phoenix office. The purpose of this public comment session is to hear from rate payers of two Liberty Utilities wastewater systems, Entrada Del Oro Sewer and Gold Canyon Sewer. The hearing date in this matter is scheduled for November 14, 2022, and all public comments will be made part of the official record and be considered by the Administrative Law Judge when drafting the Recommended Opinion and Order in the case. We encourage all ratepayers of Liberty Utilities Gold Canyon Sewer and Liberty Utilities Entrada Del Oro Sewer to participate.
