The Commission approved the 5-Year-Review Report for the Line Siting Committee Practice and Procedure Rules in Decision No. 79083 (August 25, 2023). 

The Commission’s Legal Division has opened Docket No. RLS-00000A-23-0251 to conduct rulemaking to revise the Line Siting Committee Practice and Procedure Rules.  A Working Draft of the revised Line Siting Committee Practice and Procedure Rules was filed in the docket on August 20, 2025.  Comments on the draft rules can be submitted through the Commission’s eFiling system.  All documents related to the rulemaking can be viewed through the Commission’s eDocket system using Docket No. RLS-00000A-23-0251.

The Commission approved the 5-Year-Review Report for the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure for Investigations, Examinations, and Administrative Proceedings in Decision No. 79340 (April 18, 2024).  

The Commission’s Securities Division has opened Docket No. RS-00000A-25-0046 to conduct rulemaking to revise the Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Securities Division filed a draft of the proposed rule revisions on March 24, 2025. Comments on the draft rules can be submitted through the Commission’s eFiling system. The Commission approved the 5-Year-Review Report for the Investment Management Act Rules in Decision No. 81573 (November 21, 2025). The Securities Division will be opening a new docket to commence rulemaking to revise the Investment Management Act Rules.
