Fee and Payment Information

Pursuant to statute, all filing fees are NONREFUNDABLE. See A.R.S. §§ 10-122, 10-3122, 29-3213.

A filing fee paid for one document cannot be transferred or applied to another document. For example, if you pay for articles of amendment then change your mind and want to file a statement of change, the filing fee for the articles of amendment cannot be transferred to or applied to the statement of change.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, money orders, checks, and credit cards.

  • Cash - do not mail cash. Cash may be used at the PHOENIX OFFICE ONLY and only for in-person submittals. We do not accept bills over $20.00.
  • Checks or money orders must be made payable to "Arizona Corporation Commission," with all words spelled out and no abbreviations. Checks must be completely and properly filled out, including the amount sections. Please note that we will not accept checks that do not have an imprinted or preprinted name and address of the account holder on the check, and an imprinted or preprinted check number. Handwritten or stamped names, addresses, or check numbers will not be accepted. For example, we will not accept temporary checks, such as those from a new account. We do not accept checks drawn on non-U.S. banks, even if the funds are payable in U.S. dollars.
  • Credit cards may be used for in-person and online eCorp submittals. We accept only Visa and MasterCard.

We also offer a money-on-deposit (MOD) account if you are a frequent filer. Click here for more information on MOD accounts.
