Where do I find my utility’s allowed rates, charges, and terms of service?

You can also find it on http://www.azcc.gov/utilities and click on utility type, i.e., electric, gas, etc., under Public Information, click on Company Tariffs. How do I find out if my utility is charging/billing me correctly?

Who do I call to submit a complaint about my cell phone?
Wireless service complaints can be submitted to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) or the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) ( www.fcc.gov).
Who do I call about my trash service?
It depends on which service you have. If it is a city service, contact the City. If it is an independent business, call the business (their number should appear on your bill) or submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org).
Who can I call about an internet problem?
Call your internet provider. If the problem is not resolved, contact the FCC at (888) 225-5322/ www.fcc.gov or if fraud is suspected, contact the Attorney General’s Office at (602) 542-5763 or outside the Phoenix metro area (800) 352-8431.
I am considering purchasing property. Who will provide utility service?

The Commission regulates propane systems that deliver propane service to its customers through pipelines (such as Alliant Gas and Copper Market).
